HR must change. It must focus more strongly on the needs of employees and transform itself from a mandatory task into a positive experience. This is not possible without modern IT solutions that either relieve the burden or make it possible in the first place to adapt long-established HR processes to the dynamic everyday reality.

SAP has also recognized this change and has clearly set the course: The future is called HXM, Human Experience Management. However, the path to this goal initially leads via hybrid landscapes and the transitional solution H4S4, because it is also clear that the HXM Suite is the future, but not yet complete today.
