The new SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module offers impressive support and simplification of the entire onboarding process for onboardees, HR managers and executives: daily work is facilitated by defined processes, onboarding tasks, templates, step-by-step guides, checklists and dashboards.

Onboarding already before the 1st working day

A dedicated portal offers employees interesting information even before their first day at work. And that's even before access to internal IT systems has been set up:

  • Information on assigned mentors and important contacts in the company (e.g. IT, accounting, HR, etc.).
  • General information about the company serves as orientation and increases pleasant anticipation for the first day of work
  • Overview of personal information of the onboardee to check and complete for master data management. Electronic signatures are also possible.
